• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs following PT best practices
• Perform patient evaluations and create evidence-based treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Provide patient / family education and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Mentor support staff and students
