Required Qualifications

Experience integrating AI into sourcing processes or talent identification

5+ years of end-to-end enterprise level sourcing experience

Minimum 2+ years in the tech ecosystem and SaaS landscape

Deep knowledge of the tech talent landscape and market dynamics

Extensive experience with advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and conference mining
