At Accel Therapies , we’re looking for a passionate Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead our clinical assessments, develop innovative treatment plans, and supervise a dedicated team of behavior therapy staff. This full-time position offers a center-based schedule with some remote flexibility, competitive compensation, and a vibrant work culture focused on collaboration and professional growth.

Location : Omaha, NE (68130)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM. Enjoy your evenings at home!

Work Setting : Center-based with 1 day of remote work eligibility

Total Earnings Potential : $91,000 – $106,000 in your first year

Exciting Compensation Package

• Sign-on bonus : Up to $5,000
• Annual base salary : $80,000 - $95,000
• Performance bonuses : Up to $6,000 annually (paid monthly)
