Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies and ingredients
• Prepare components for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meats, and making sauces
• Cook menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to presentation
• Collaborate with the Executive and Sous Chefs to execute dishes according to seasonal menus and guest preferences
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Properly store and label ingredients and leftovers according to food safety standards
• Monitor food quality and ensure dishes are served in a timely manner
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety regulations at all times
• Contribute to a respectful, team-oriented kitchen culture
