• Receive turnover from previous shift and continue testing and / or DG as needed
• Test master roll from line for adherence to customer specs and enter results in QW
• Enter data accurately in SAP and QW
• Perform line audits to check for nonconformance at the slitter
• Communicate out of spec (OOS) product to supervisor and / or manager
• Perform prep work for upcoming orders or next shift
• Follow trial instructions and test accordingly
• Determine if quality defects from slitter require downgrade
• Place suspect material on hold (restrict)
• Release product for transfer to warehouse depending on customer / product
• Communicate results of test to anyone needing to make adjustments
• Cover vacation and Call in days on other shifts

Assist with training new techs
