Schedule Options : Choose from 7.5, 10, 12, or 15-hour shifts | Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem

Position Summary :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a crucial role in providing top-tier care and services to residents. Your responsibilities will include safely administering medications and treatments, supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and supporting residents in their daily activities. You will promote a safe, organized, and compassionate environment while ensuring compliance with our mission and policies.

Key Responsibilities :

Medication Administration & Documentation :

• Administer medications and treatments following the Six Rights of Medication Pass : right resident, medication, dosage, time, route, and right to refuse.
• Document medication administration accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Record any refusals or missed doses according to protocol.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of resident information and medication records.
• Collaborate with another Medication Care Nurse to count and verify narcotics.
