Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to join our partner school district for this academic year. This full-time, school-based role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting bilingual (Spanish-English) students with tailored, culturally responsive therapy.

As a key member of the educational support team, you will provide direct speech-language intervention, conduct comprehensive evaluations, and contribute to the development and implementation of student-specific IEPs. Your work will help foster academic success and social-emotional growth for multilingual learners, ensuring they have the communication tools to thrive.

You will collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to deliver accessible services that reflect students' linguistic and cultural needs. This position offers 37.5 guaranteed hours per week throughout the school year, with professional development opportunities and the potential for contract renewal based on performance.

Requirements

• ASHA certification preferred but not required.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required).
• Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license by start date.
• Master's degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
