A company is looking for a Remote Medical Benefits Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Handle high-volume inbound calls and occasional outbound follow-ups

Assist patients and providers with prescription benefits and inquiries

Verify insurance, billing, and medical information accurately

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of recent call center or customer service experience

Understanding of medical terminology or benefits is a plus

Ability to work against established KPIs and performance metrics

Quiet home office with high-speed wired internet

High school diploma or equivalent
