Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Estimator Jr., located in Harrisonville, MO. The role involves preparing detailed cost estimates for fencing projects, analyzing project specifications, and collaborating with team members to develop accurate budgets. Day-to-day tasks include project estimation, maintaining cost management systems, communicating with clients and vendors, and ensuring that projects align with financial and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Management, Budgeting, and financial planning
• Experience in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and client engagement
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Experience with relevant estimating tools and software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is advantageous)
