The Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine

Our mission is to deliver advanced wound care and hyperbaric medicine therapies across Southern New England.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive diagnoses and assessments for patients with wounds.
• Order and interpret necessary lab tests and imaging studies while maintaining competency in advanced cardiac life support.
• Manage hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatments effectively.
• Coordinate comprehensive care including nursing, nutrition, medications, dressings, and adjunctive wound therapies.
• Document patient progress, chart reviews, and other essential medical records accurately.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Master's program. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Connecticut.
• Certification or eligibility for certification as a Physician Assistant, or National Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Preferred experience or certification in wound care; training in Hyperbaric Therapy will be provided.
