Vice President, Regulatory Services

Overview

Purpose : Provides enterprise-wide leadership of Liberty’s regulatory strategy and operations, ensuring consistent, disciplined execution of rate cases, regulatory dockets, and compliance activities across all jurisdictions. Acts as Liberty’s regulatory “air traffic controller,” aligning strategies across OpCos, maintaining credibility with regulators, and ensuring outcomes that protect customers, advance company objectives, and maximize shareholder value.

Responsibilities

• Leadership

Leads the development and execution of Liberty’s regulatory strategy across jurisdictions, ensuring consistency and discipline, under the direction of the Chief Regulatory and External Affairs Officer

Provides strategic and executional direction to OpCos and local regulatory teams, ensuring timely, consistent, and successful rate cases and regulatory filings across all jurisdictions

Establishes and maintains good relationships with regulatory authorities, external stakeholders and internal teams across the organizations

Reviews and interprets new or pending regulatory requirements that impact Liberty’s operations, providing practical guidance on compliance and case execution
