Job descriptionIdentify, prospect, and qualify mid-to-enterprise e-commerce brands aligned with the company's value proposition Manage the full sales cycle, deliver personalized demos, negotiate contracts, and drive conversions Conduct discovery to understand clients' marketing tech stack bottlenecks (e.g., plugin bloat, siloed data, slow performance) Articulate how the company's AI-native storefront solutionoffering unified frontends, A / B testing, personalization, and autonomous revenue optimizationcan solve those challenges Develop account plans to drive renewals and upsell opportunities (e.g., dynamic pricing, merchandising) Expand AI platform usage within accounts Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to deliver growth outcomes and product updates Share strong performance stories (e.g., +22% conversion, 1.4 revenue per session, +30% conversion via personalized merchandising, autonomous optimization) Use success cases to attract new logos and inspire upsells Track pipeline metrics Forecast sales Report on progress toward revenue targets
