Compensation : $50,000 - $120,000+

Responsibilities :

  • Kickstart your real estate career with a strong foundation in client outreach, appointment setting, and preparing for contract negotiations.
  • While you work toward obtaining your South Carolina real estate license, your main focus will be attracting and engaging new clients.
  • Our powerful real estate CRM helps you stay organized, manage your pipeline, and ensure consistent follow-ups.
  • We fully sponsor your real estate school education and provide a structured path to help you smoothly transition into a high-performing sales role.
  • Once you pass the licensing exam, you'll enter our accelerated training program—specifically designed to shape top-tier agents with six-figure earning potential.
  • Enjoy the flexibility to work with clients during both weekdays and weekends—adaptability is key to lasting success in this field.
  • Throughout the journey, you’ll collaborate with Inside Sales Agents, Transaction Coordinators, and Sales Leaders in a fast-paced, goal-oriented team that’s dedicated to your growth.
  • Qualifications :

  • Flexible availability on both weekdays and weekends to accommodate clients’ varying schedules.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRM platforms and digital productivity tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build trust and connect genuinely.
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring every client interaction is clear, accurate, and professional.
  • Confident and professional phone presence, complemented by strong in-person presentation abilities.
  • Maintains a positive, respectful attitude, always focused on delivering a top-tier, client-focused experience.
  • Motivated, persuasive, and goal-oriented, with a passion for exceeding performance targets.
