Citeline is a leading provider of data and intelligence on clinical trials, drug treatments, medical devices, and regulatory and commercial landscapes. As part of Norstella, Citeline helps clients make critical decisions faster. This role is for a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, Patient Engagement and Recruitment, responsible for leading the implementation of Citeline's Patient Engagement and Recruitment product suite for high-priority clients and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities include :

• Owning and leading the successful implementation of Citeline's Patient Engagement and Recruitment solutions.
• Overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring milestones are met and clients remain engaged.
• Acting as a senior point of contact and trusted advisor to clients.
• Leading governance meetings, executive readouts, and client workshops.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure delivery success.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and data privacy standards.
• Mentoring junior project managers.
• Supporting the Patient Engagement and Recruitment leadership team in meeting delivery targets.
• Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance delivery methodology.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $115,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
