Medical Reimbursement Analyst

Position is on site in Serling, VA preferrably but open to remote workers in Texas, North Carolina, Alabama, Florida, Indiana and Georgia. Responsibilities :

• Manage complex billing, coding, insurance inquiries, and appeals.
• Coordinate with payers, Patient Navigators, and clients.
• Resolve denied or underpaid claims.
• Assess patient insurance coverage and eligibility.
• Reverify benefits and document activities.
• Serve as a regional contact for senior-level clients.
• Coordinate tasks between  the client.
• Communicate with Patient Navigators for patient progress.
• Attend client meetings, training, and conferences (5% travel).
• Research payer medical policy and update requirements.
• Prepare and review reports as needed.
• Complete quality monitoring and assurance tasks.
• Host conference calls with senior-level clients.
• Review and process documentation for patient support program eligibility.
• Additional tasks and duties as assigned.
