Parts Administrator
The Parts Administrator will be responsible for daily monitoring, tracking, and maintaining of all inventories, purchase orders, and invoices. The Parts Administrator will provide recommendations to improve and streamline the inventory process to better service customers while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures, and with all federal / state regulations.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage inventory control system to ensure necessary equipment and part levels are maintained and purchases are within budgetReceive and label inventory appropriately; ensure inventory area is well maintained and organized systematically and physicallyPerform physical count of inventory including cycle counts and reconcile actual stock countMaintain all aged inventory, collections and returnsPerform monthly, quarterly, and annual auditsOrder parts and materials through Company internal systemMeet with vendors to evaluate price, availability, and services offered on new productsObtain quotes for purchasesHandle warranty parts, process, and documentsProcess all vendor repair orders, purchase orders, and invoices; identify solutions, investigate disputes, and process correctionsExpedite parts and services as needed to support productionEnsure products received are in accordance with purchase order specificationsAdhere to company standards, policies, and proceduresComply with Environmental compliance, energy savings, and recyclingRequirements :
High School diploma or GEDValid Driver's LicenseTwo or more years of inventory control or parts management experienceMicrosoft Office experienceKnowledge, Skills & Abilities :
