Job Description
A well-established law firm with 115+ attorneys and a respected Trusts & Estates practice seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Lake Success office. This is a tremendous opportunity to work alongside seasoned litigators handling sophisticated estate litigation, contested probate matters, fiduciary accountings, and guardianship proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in contested probate, estate litigation, and Surrogate’s Court matters
- Handle complex estate administration, fiduciary accountings, and guardianship proceedings
- Draft motions, petitions, and participate in court appearances and trials
- Collaborate closely with senior litigators and clients on strategy and case management
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation and client communications
- Support business development and client relationship efforts as experience grows
