Position Overview : As a Clinical Nurse III, you will assess, coordinate, plan, and manage the needs of patients throughout their care journey. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition toward discharge and effective management within the acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess and manage patient care needs.
• Coordinate with the caregiving team to deliver compassionate and competent care.
• Ensure patient care is effectively implemented across inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
• Support patients and families throughout their care experience, focusing on progress and safety.

Work Schedule : Night shift

Salary Range : $76,396.32 - $126,730.61

Hourly Rate : $36.73 - $60.93
