Job description

Operator / Laborer Protect Colorado's Environment

We're hiring experienced Operator / Laborers to join a hands-on team tackling environmental cleanup and emergency response projects across Colorado. What You'll Do

  • Operate mini excavators, skid steers, and loaders on active remediation and cleanup sites
  • Break and remove concrete, excavate and manage contaminated soil
  • Load hazardous and non-hazardous materials into roll-off bins for proper disposal
  • Assist emergency response crews throughout the Denver Metro area
  • Support hazardous waste cleanup and facility remediation
  • Decontaminate equipment and prepare waste for safe transport
  • Respond to environmental spills using Vac trucks and specialized gear

What We're Looking For

  • 35 years of experience in construction, environmental response, or equipment operation
  • Strong skills operating skid steers and mini excavators
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all conditions and perform physical labor
  • CDL B license or willingness to obtain one
  • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Schedule & Travel

  • MondayFriday, starting daily from our Arvada shop
  • Travel to job sites across Colorado as part of a field team
  • Occasional short-term travel outside the region may be required

    • Pay & Benefits

  • $23$28 per hour, depending on experience
  • Weekly pay
  • Opportunities for growth and specialized training

    • The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00 / hr.
