Responsibilities Express Automotive Service Technician :

  • Perform express maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid top-offs
  • Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and identify potential issues
  • Accurately document all work performed in DMS software
  • Communicate clearly with customers about services performed, pricing, and timelines
  • Work efficiently to meet express service timelines while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Collaborate with service advisors and the service team to ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and explaining vehicle maintenance clearly

    • Requirements / Qualifications Express Automotive Service Technician :

  • Previous automotive technician experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, tools, and repair processes
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced express service environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Computer proficiency with DMS or scheduling software
  • Team-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Energetic, dependable, and ready to provide top-notch service
