Cognizant is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head Of Field Marketing to lead integrated marketing efforts for our Retail & Consumer business across North America. This role is critical in shaping and executing high-impact marketing programs that drive demand, accelerate pipeline growth, and elevate Cognizant's brand presence in the market. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise marketing within the Retail and CPG sectors, a strong command of field engagement strategies, and a passion for leveraging data, technology, and emerging trends, especially AI, to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration, team development, and customer-centric innovation.

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing plans aligned with sales goals and vertical priorities
• Own budget, performance tracking, and ROI analysis across campaigns and programs
• Lead and mentor a team of field marketers while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability

Salary and Other Compensation : Applications will be accepted until September 28, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $155,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
