We have developed proficiency-based training with experienced facilitators. Drivers will receive 8 weeks of training focusing on all backing, close quarter maneuvers, practice doing short and longer runs and get paid while doing so. Ryder Employees who Drive on this account earn $1050 or more Weekly and it gets better + Ryder Drivers are Paid Weekly + Weekly Minimum Guarantee during training $1050 per week + Weekly Minimum Guarantee after training $1715 per week + Team Miles Pay : $0.335 per Mile with 5000 Miles per Week + Team Stops Pay : $7.00 per Stop with 4 - 8 Stops per day + Drop and Hook Pay : $6.00 per Drop / Hook + Paid Training + Schedule : Monday Saturday Or Sunday - Friday + Start Time : Must be Open to Bid System for Routes Based on Seniority

Requirements

• 9 months or less of CDL driving experience
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder background and a Motor Vehicle Registration check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A
• Ability to : Follow written and / or oral instructions Read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and / or procedures
