Summary

As Shop Manager of a Millwork Company you will hold a critical role in the organization's growth and success. Your responsibilities involve production planning, goal setting, and overseeing all millwork production. This position reports directly to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide management in production for the millwork division, aligning with the overall goals and objectives of the company.
• Manage and optimize production efficiency, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery of products.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the millwork department, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
• Align with company budgets for the millwork division, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Drive the implement business plans to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability in the millwork segment.
• Appraise quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Implement corrective actions for quality issues and continuously monitor processes for improvements.
