About the Opportunity :
A well-established waterfront restaurant on the Texas Coast is seeking a seasoned Kitchen Manager to lead a long-tenured BOH team. Known for bold flavors and a laid-back coastal vibe, this high-volume operation values consistency, mentorship, and strong leadership.
Compensation & Perks
- Salary : $60,000$65,000
- Christmas Bonus : $3K$4K
- Summer Pay Boost : +$100 / week
- Paid Vacation : Two weeks at Christmas
- Relocation Welcome
