Overview

Join our team as a Commerce Cloud Success Architect and drive success for our customers within the Commerce Cloud product portfolio. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), contribute to the growth and reputation of Salesforce as a leader in the industry. We are seeking a passionate B2C Commerce Architect with significant experience in delivering B2C Commerce Cloud solutions to large enterprise organizations.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement : Engage with Signature Success Plan customers, evaluating and recommending optimization strategies for technical architecture, DevOps, performance, and solution design specific to B2C Commerce.
• Lead with Expertise : Serve as a trusted Commerce Cloud SME for the broader Cloud Success organization, providing proactive and reactive Architecture, Solution Strategy, Thought Leadership, and Product expertise.
• Communication Mastery : Translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, ranging from Technical and Business stakeholders to Executive Leadership, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in crucial conversations.
• Innovation and Problem Solving : Identify and evaluate capability gaps, recommending standard product enhancements or creative custom solutions to maximize customer success and adoption.
• Relationship Building : Build strong relationships with internal and external business partners, collaborating on initiatives that contribute to broader goals and growth.

Impact of the Role : As a Commerce Cloud Success Architect, you will influence the technical architecture, performance optimization, and solution design strategies for customers, ensuring their success in leveraging Commerce Cloud's capabilities. Your guidance will contribute to Salesforce's growth and reputation.

Collaboration and Teamwork : Work with diverse teams to evaluate technical architecture, optimize performance, and design effective solutions. Foster strong relationships and collaborate toward shared goals.

Basic Requirements
