Setting : Clinic on site at the hospital where deliveries are performed

Call Rotation : 1 : 3 call rotation (2nd call only) with three CNMs taking first call.

Compensation and Benefits :

Salary : Starting at $425,000

Quality Incentives : Up to $30,000

Sign-On Bonus : $100,000

Paid Malpractice : Covered with 100% tail insurance through the Federal Torts Claims Act (FTCA).
