Job Title : Patient Care Coordinator

Job Location : Willard, MO

Shift Timings : Monday to Friday (5x8, Days)

Roles and Responsibilities :

Collect and update patient information accurately and confidentially.

Schedule appointments and optimize scheduling with healthcare providers.

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, directing patients as needed.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, database management, and paperwork.

Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations for procedures.

Coordinate referrals to specialists or other healthcare facilities.

Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations for medical procedures or treatments to ensure seamless billing processes.

Utilize the Prompt EMR system for managing patient records and documentation.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience in a front desk or administrative role in healthcare is a plus, but not required.

Experience with healthcare insurance, billing, and collections is beneficial.

Proficiency in medical terminology and healthcare procedures.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Detail-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy in managing patient records.

PT (THERAPIST ) or sales experience is preferred for understanding PT's impact and contacting leads.
