We are currently seeking for a Junior School Teacher Assistant to join our dedicated team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that align with the school’s curriculum and pedagogical approach.
• Assist in preparing learning materials, setting up classroom activities, and maintaining an organized, positive, and safe environment for students.
• Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning objectives, provide additional support, and promote confidence and independence.
• Support classroom management by helping guide student behavior with a calm, consistent, and respectful approach.
• Assist with observation of student progress and contribute to maintaining accurate records as required.
• Help supervise students during transitions, recess, lunch, trips, and other school activities to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
• Collaborate positively with teachers, colleagues, and parents to support a strong home-school partnership.
• Assist with administrative tasks (e.g., photocopying, organizing resources, preparing classroom displays).
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities as required.
• Uphold Cambridge College Lima’s values, safeguarding policies, and commitment to student wellbeing.
