On Call REQ : Yes, 18 days of call in 8 weeks

Floating REQ : Yes, may float to outpatient cath lab for procedures

Blocked scheduling : Unit manager will consider

Locals accepted : Yes

RTO Restrictions : Unit manager’s approval required

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours / week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment.
