Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst II to join our Product Quality Team in Seattle, WA. The successful candidate will own the development and maintenance of solution artifacts, partner with teams to develop KPIs and automated reporting solutions, and drive business efficiency through data analysis. This role involves working on evaluating expiring products and the Voice of the Customer to ensure high product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain new and existing solution artifacts to drive business efficiency.
• Partner with operations / business teams to develop KPIs, automated reporting / process solutions, and facilitate process improvements.
• Retrieve and aggregate data from multiple sources to enable effective decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver business requirement reviews to senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks.
• Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions.
