My client, a pioneering Agentic AI startup, is disrupting how major industrial enterprises (think Oil & Gas, Aerospace, etc.) run their operations. They are moving beyond simple automation to deploy intelligent, autonomous AI Agents that can reason, adapt, and execute multi-step processes across complex enterprise systems (ERP, SCADA, MRO, etc.).

We are seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to be the technical spearhead for customer success—the critical link between the core engineering team and the client’s industrial operations.

The Mission : Deployment & Impact

You will operate as a hybrid Solutions Architect and ML Engineer , owning the full lifecycle of AI Agent deployment :

• Consult & Scope : Partner directly with senior client stakeholders to identify, design, and scope mission-critical Agent use cases (e.g., closed-loop process optimization, autonomous asset management, real-time compliance).
• Integrate & Tune : Perform hands-on integration with complex, often legacy, industrial and enterprise systems. Tune the Agent's logic (RAG, prompt engineering, vector search) to guarantee specific, quantifiable outcomes like lower operational costs or 10x efficiency gains.
• Influence Product : Bring high-value, real-world deployment insights directly back to the Product and Core Engineering teams, actively shaping the platform's roadmap.
