About The Position

Job Title : CVOR RN

Experience : Minimum 1 year in specialty; will consider a candidate with 18 months of experience working under the highest level of professional license.

License : Registered Nurse (State of Alabama or Compact license, no temporary licenses accepted)

Certifications : AHA BLS, AHA ACLS or Red Cross Certification

Must-Have : Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals; must be able to circulate

Description :

Plans, coordinates, and directs quality, compassionate care by maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.

Creates positive therapeutic relationships with patients and families.

Provides leadership to team members by articulating and delegating expected standards of care.

Supervises and encourages team members, supporting their contributions.

Supervises Licensed Practical Nurses, Patient Care Assistants, and other non-licensed staff.

Must possess an associate degree in nursing.

Experience in the field of specialty is required.

Clinical role providing direct patient care, not remote.

Solid navy scrub colors / dress code required.

Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals.
