Job descriptionBachelor's degree required 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Experience with customer service software or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) Provide frontline support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner Identify and assess customer needs, providing accurate and helpful information or solutions Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide appropriate resolutions or escalate complex issues when needed Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the system Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction Stay updated on product features, pricing, promotions, and company policies Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to address customer inquiries effectively
