About the Job :Bankruptcy Texas is seeking a skilled
- Bankruptcy Attorney
- to join our team and handle a steady flow of consumer bankruptcy cases. This is a remote position.
- In-office presence will be required occasionally based on workload and scheduling needs.

- Burleson
- Arlington and Lubbock
The ideal candidate is
- experienced, dependable, and confident
- managing cases with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who can
- jump in right away
- and provide high-quality legal services to clients in need of debt relief.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Handle Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases from start to finish
- Meet with clients to review financial situations and advise on legal options
- Prepare and file court documents accurately and on time
- Represent clients at hearings and meetings with trustees
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, courts, and staff
- Requirements :
- Licensed to practice law in the Northern and Eastern Federal districts in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience
- in consumer bankruptcy law
- Able to manage cases independently and work efficiently
- Strong communication, organization, and client service skills
- Preferred Qualifications :
- Familiar with bankruptcy software or legal tech tools
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
