    \nWe are seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide patient care in their homes. This role requires expertise in home health and proficiency in HCHB / OASIS documentation.

    \n

    \n Key Responsibilities :

    \n

    \n

  • Provide occupational therapy to home health patients.

    • \n

  • Document using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) on
  • site.

    • \n

  • Manage 20
  • 25 cases weekly, achieving 5
  • 7 productivity points daily.

    • \n

  • Attend weekly in
  • person office meetings.

    • \n

  • Be flexible to float as needed.

    • \n

    \n Requirements : \n

    \n

  • Valid California Occupational Therapist License.

    • \n

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

    • \n

  • 2+ years of recent home health experience.

    • \n

  • Proficiency in HCHB / OASIS, with recent experience.

    • \n

  • Experience with Oasis E post
  • January 2023.

    • \n

  • Ability to work 40 hours weekly, including potential weekends.

    • \n

    \n Additional Information :

    \n

  • 3 days of orientation and training.

    • \n

  • Mileage reimbursement.

    • \n

  • Flexible scrub color.

    • \n

    \n
