we are seeking Full-time Certified Nurse Aides for our Assisted Living Facility and Memory Care Unit located in Suffolk, VA :

Responsibilities and Duties for CNA :

• Provide direct consumer care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and assisting with medication.
• Document progress and activities, tasks performed, and response to care.
• Report any consumer condition changes to the RN and Program Supervisor.
• Serve as a role model, provide guidance and assist with medication management under the direction of the RN,          LPN, and Pharmacist.
• Comply with agency policies and procedures, and adhere to all relevant local, state, and federal legal and regulatory requirements.
• Transport consumers as necessary.
