A rapidly expanding flexible packaging manufacturer in Pleasant Prairie is adding multiple Print Operators and Assistant Print Operators to support a $200M expansion project that’s adding new presses and extrusion lines through 2027.

What You’ll Do

Operate or assist with flexographic printing presses (manual & automated)

Set up jobs, monitor ink and tension, perform color checks

Troubleshoot issues and perform light maintenance

Use measurement tools and viscometers to ensure product quality

Work with a tight-knit team that values positivity, reliability, and initiative

What We’re Looking For

Assistant Print Operator : 6+ months of manufacturing or machine operation experience

Print Operator : 6+ months of printing press experience (flexo, litho, or rotogravure)

Mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready to learn

Team player with strong work ethic — “figure-it-out” mindset is key

Able to train on 1st shift before transitioning to the rotating schedule
