Senior Digital Solutions Project Manager

What will you do?

As a Digital Solutions Project Manager , you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives. Your role will involve managing cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering innovative technology solutions on time and within budget.

• Lead and oversee digital solution projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and cost objectives are met.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (IT, OT, cybersecurity, vendors) to deliver integrated digital solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.
• Define project deliverables and milestones, develop detailed project plans, and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives, progress, and outcomes.
• Manage vendor relationships, including selection, negotiation, and performance oversight for technology partners.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, data governance policies, and industry regulations.
• Provide regular reporting on project status, financial performance, and KPIs to senior leadership.
• Foster innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies such as IoT, cloud platforms, analytics, and AI.
• Support business development efforts by collaborating with sales teams to identify and pursue digital solution opportunities.
• Mentor and develop project team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
