Job Description

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for keeping machinery running smoothly? Join our team at Bosch Power Tools as a Maintenance Technician and play a crucial role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing our material handling and support equipment. Your expertise will keep our operations humming and help us deliver top-quality tools to our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot & Repair : Keep our motors, drives, belting, RF scan guns, and label machines in top condition. Dive into pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical components to solve any issues.
• Install Equipment : Get hands-on with installing conveyors, stretch wrap machines, sorters, motors, drives, and belts.
• Certifications : Earn certifications on scissor lifts, boom lifts, and forklifts to ensure you can operate all necessary equipment safely.
• Follow Procedures : Adhere to escalation plans and working instructions to keep processes running smoothly.
• Support & Improve : Contribute to Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) and enhance 5S standards.
• Collaborate & Communicate : Work closely with engineers and team members, sharing your equipment knowledge and experience to foster a collaborative environment.
• Preventive Maintenance : Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and adjustments.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $26.00-$32.00 per hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
