• Work Location : in the heart of McLean, Virginia - Private Home Care, As An Employee of our Agency
• Memory Care Experience a Plus - Alzheimer’s
• Hoyer Lift Experience Necessary

• Must be congenial and have a pleasant bedside manner with the ability to engage in conversation and activities
• Saturday and Sunday 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM and Every Weekend
• $15 - $19 per hour. Hourly plus bonuses.
• Signing Bonus after the Probationary Period

• A Virginia-licensed Spanish and English-speaking CNA is a plus.
• MUST BE able to deliver VIP Concierge Level Home Health Care
• This is care delivery in the private homes of individual clients, you are not responsible for 7 - 14 patients / clients.
• Experience in an Assisted Living Memory Care Unit is a plus
• Must ALWAYS wear scrubs, mask, and badge during all working hours
• COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory, and the candidate must be able to provide a valid CDC card
• Assist Clients with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Must deliver care and companionship as directed in the Care Plan and detailed in the shift task list.
• Position requires the ability to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals.
• Must have reliable personal transportation and have a valid Driver's License to arrive at multiple assignments in a timely fashion
• Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly both verbally and in writing in English
• Must have current CPR / First Aid Certification and current TB Test (within last 2 years)
