Our firm is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player, focusing primarily on commercial real estate matters. This position will involve a broad range of responsibilities including lending, leasing, and transactions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to showcase their expertise in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial real estate documents including leases, purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and other related documents.
• Advise clients on legal aspects of real estate transactions, including the negotiation, drafting and review of contracts, leases, and purchase offers.
• Conduct due diligence investigations and analyse legal risks related to commercial real estate transactions.
• Provide legal advice on property management issues, tenant disputes, and contract compliance.
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies, if necessary.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in real estate regulations and laws.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of attorneys and paralegals.
