TenderHeart Health Outcomes is hiring for an experienced Director of Project Management in Austin, TX. As the Director of Project Management, you will lead the strategic execution of cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence, innovation, and impact across TenderHeart Health Outcomes. Reporting into the COO, this role requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise in project governance, implementation management, stakeholder engagement, and healthcare delivery systems.

As the Director of Project Management, you will :

• Lead and oversee the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
• Oversee a team of 3 implementation managers and ensure seamless implementation.
• Develop and implement project management frameworks, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent execution across teams.
• Manage a portfolio of complex, high-impact projects across clinical, operational, and technology domains.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define project scopes, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
• Mentor and develop a team of project managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Drive stakeholder communication and reporting, ensuring transparency and alignment at all levels.
• Support change management efforts and organizational readiness for new initiatives.
