Job descriptionA clear SEO strategy Detailed automation plan Developer handling technical SEO on the website Assistant handling content editing and publishing Connect all tools in Zapier (Scalenut, OpenAI, OneUp, BrightLocal, Hexometer, Sheets, Drive). Build 3 core Zaps : Approved content AI meta / title / ALT Sheet Published content AI social + GBP post OneUp + BrightLocal Set up Hexometer alerts to email. Set up a small weekly summary email (pages published, posts live). Add basic error handling and test flows end-to-end. Create simple documentation and show our assistant how to use it. Proven experience with Zapier + AI tools Experience connecting content / SEO workflows (or similar) Comfortable with OpenAI / ChatGPT prompts Experience with social scheduling tools (OneUp or similar) Very good at troubleshooting automation errors Positive reviews on Upwork (we will only hire someone with strong feedback) Fixed fee : $250 for the whole project Timeline : 7 business days We will release : 50% after all automations + alerts + doc are verified and working We have a local developer in San Diego We use AI and audit tools (BrightLocal, Hexometer, SE Ranking, ChatGPT) to verify the implementation 2 3 examples of Zapier + AI automations you've built What tools you've integrated before (e.g. OpenAI, social schedulers, CRMs, etc.) Confirmation that you can start immediately and finish in 7 business days
We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist to connect and finalize automations between our existing tools :
- Zapier
- Scalenut
- OpenAI / ChatGPT
- OneUp (social scheduler)
- BrightLocal (Google Business Profile)
- Hexometer (site monitor)
- Google Sheets + Google Drive
- Squarespace (website)
We already have :
We do not need strategy.
We need someone to wire everything together, build the Zaps, and make it run smoothly.
