Overview
The client is seeking a Marketing Audience Development Strategy Lead to join our US Ads Marketing team, focusing on audience strategy and operations for high-impact marketing events and initiatives. This role bridges marketing strategy, program management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring the right customers are prioritized and engaged in our tentpole marketing activities.
You will support both the strategic planning phase (audience strategy, cross-functional alignment, stakeholder communications) and the execution phase (tracking deliverables, managing data, reporting outcomes) for large-scale marketing events such as client’s Ads tentpole activations.
This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role, ideal for a seasoned program manager with strong communication skills, who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute audience strategy for major US Ads marketing events.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, events teams) to align on audience priorities.
- Manage multiple marketing programs simultaneously (3–7 events / projects at once).
- Lead project management activities, including timelines, deliverables, shifting priorities, and stakeholder updates.
- Provide high-level reporting and data analysis on event performance, participation, and engagement.
- Support both planning & strategy (Nov–Jan) and execution & delivery (Feb–May) phases.
- Contribute to the development of customer-facing communications (e.g., invites, confirmations) in coordination with internal teams.
- Ensure seamless internal collaboration and effective communication at all levels, including executive stakeholders.
Experience Required / Qualifications
6+ years of professional experience in marketing, program management, or related roles (8–10+ years preferred).Proven track record managing large-scale marketing projects / events with multiple stakeholders.Strong program / project management expertise – comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once.Experience with audience strategy, targeting, or segmentation (does not need to be deeply specialized but must be familiar).Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level stakeholder communication.Comfortable working with large datasets for reporting and performance tracking (no advanced analytics required).B2B marketing background preferred; B2C also considered.Industry experience in advertising, media, TV, or broadcasting is a plus.Highly adaptable, organized, and able to succeed in fast-paced, dynamic environments.About US Tech Solutions
