Description :

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery.

The nurse will provide care in a fast-paced environment focusing on the needs of patients and their families.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.

Certifications in BLS, ACLS, Advanced NRP, and Fetal Monitoring are required.

The ability to float within units as needed is expected.

Some holiday and weekend shifts are mandatory.

No locals will be accepted; candidates must reside more than 50 miles away from the facility.

Travelers must complete assigned education within one week of their assignment.

The nurse should be comfortable working with neonates, adolescents, infants, and adults.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring labor and delivery, providing postpartum care, and attending to newborns.

Candidates with previous charge experience will be given preference.

Familiarity with Epic charting is necessary.

References from a supervisor or manager within the past year are preferred.

The role requires compliance with all facility policies and procedures.
