US - Country Marketing Mgr III - US4

Our client, a leader in commercial and industrial technology solutions, is seeking a US - Country Marketing Mgr III - US4 to join their team. As a US - Country Marketing Mgr III - US4, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting the Construction Technology business. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, adaptability, and collaborative skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Spring, TX

Pay Range : $42.59

What's the Job?

  • Develop comprehensive growth marketing strategies tailored to the Construction Technology sector, setting clear objectives, plans, and key performance metrics.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including content creation, inbound demand generation, and social media campaigns to attract construction service audiences.
  • Design and operate experimentation frameworks to optimize customer acquisition and demand growth efforts.
  • Manage and coordinate key events to enhance brand visibility and generate sales funnels.
  • Collaborate with resellers to create joint marketing initiatives, improve reseller marketing capabilities, and increase overall demand and brand awareness.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing or brand management roles.
  • Proven expertise in growth marketing, digital lead generation, online campaigns, and content marketing strategies.
  • Experience working with creative, ABM, content production, and media agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Eloqua, Google Analytics & AdWords, and A / B testing platforms.
