At Cycle Labs, we’re on a mission to make complex enterprise testing simple, reliable, and intelligent. Our platform helps global organizations automate and validate mission-critical systems across the supply chain. We have several initiatives to build exciting new features, and now we need help to shape and deliver them.
As a Product Manager , you’ll play a pivotal role in that journey. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, you’ll own key areas of the Cycle Testing Platform — shaping the roadmap, discovering customer problems, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful solutions.
You’ll work closely with customers, engineers, designers, and testers to define what we build and why. From early research and prototyping to planning and release, you’ll help ensure that every feature we ship makes enterprise testing faster, smarter, and more reliable.

Requirements
A thoroughly Behavior-Driven mindset for software development work. 2+ years of experience in software testing practices, specifically in building test automation projects. 2+ years of experience in a product management role or product-related role (business analyst, UX designer, QA lead, or software engineer working closely with customers). Empathy for our customers and partners with a strong desire to solve the testing challenges that they face. Proven ability to own features from inspiration to implementation. Strong analytical skills, including comfort with metrics, dashboards, and interpreting user data to inform decisions. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, QA, and customer success teams. Solid communication and documentation skills, including the ability to write clear features, user stories, and other specs. Experience conducting or participating in user research, interviews, and feedback sessions. Ability to prioritize effectively, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals. Comfort with rapid experimentation and prototyping to validate ideas before committing to full implementation.
