CNA - Out-Patient (LTC) - Full Time - Houston

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Long Term Care Out-Patient Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) position in the Houston area.

Job Description :

The hospice CNA works in a LTC setting and provides general medical care and treatment to patients in personal care homes, nursing home and other facilities under the direction of an RN; by performing the following duties.

Qualifications :

• Licensed CNA in the State of Texas - required
• Six months of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Long Term Care
• Experience with Hospice or Home Health - preferred
• A High School diploma or general education degree
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to travel - must have reliable transportation
• Clean background check, drug screen, and driving record
