We provide home-based and community-based ABA therapy and are seeking caring, energetic individuals to join our growing team. Whether you’re new to ABA or an experienced RBT, we’ll provide the training, supervision, and flexible scheduling you need to thrive.

Compensation

Behavior Technician (non-RBT) : $22–$25 / hour

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) : $24–$28 / hour

Includes paid training and ongoing professional development

Responsibilities

Provide 1 : 1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in home and community settings

Implement treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA

Collect accurate data and document progress

Encourage social, communication, and daily living skill development

Maintain a positive, structured, and engaging session environment

Communicate effectively with families and supervisors

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred)

Experience working with children, autism, or special education preferred

RBT certification a plus (training provided if not certified)

Reliable transportation to travel locally in Monmouth County

Must pass required background checks
