We are currently seeking an experienced Plaintiff Attorneys who is passionate seeking justice on behalf of plaintiffs-particularly those with experience in asbestos matters. Backgrounds in personal injury, tort, or product liability law are also highly valued. Must be Licensed in FL.

Qualifications :

Experience in asbestos litigation preferred; other relevant areas include personal injury, product liability, or medical malpractice

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school

Licensed to practice and in good standing in FL (Louisiana would be bonus)

Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment

Willingness and ability to travel frequently (30%)

Commitment to working collaboratively and with empathy

We are currently seeking an experienced Plaintiff Attorneys who is passionate seeking justice on behalf of plaintiffs-particularly those with experience in asbestos matters. Backgrounds in personal injury, tort, or product liability law are also highly valued. Must be Licensed in FL.

This role handles dynamic and high-stakes cases, often involving clients facing serious illnesses or losses. As such, we seek attorneys who are both zealous advocates and compassionate listeners. This is a full-time, in-office position that requires regular travel.

Role Overview :

In this role, you'll receive hands-on experience across all phases of asbestos litigation. You'll manage your own caseload and will be involved in every step of the legal process-including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. There will be opportunities to second-chair trials. While prior experience with these responsibilities is helpful, it's not a prerequisite.

Our cases are deeply personal, often involving clients navigating life-changing circumstances. The ability to show empathy and connect with people from all walks of life is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and advance plaintiff-side litigation matters

Conduct and respond to written discovery

Take and defend depositions

Draft, argue, and respond to motions

Participate in trial preparation and proceedings

Maintain close, supportive communication with clients throughout the legal process
